DESCRIPTIVE TEXT: PLASTIC WASTE

 

 

 

Identification:

Trash is very easy to find everywhere, both in yards, streets, gutters, and rivers. And there is rubbish around the SMK Negeri 4 Semarang. Most common waste is plastic waste, plastic waste is one type of waste that is difficult and takes a long time to process.

Description 1:

The plastic was under the student study desk in the classroom. There are two plastic wastes, both of which are used for packaging. One of them is food packaging and the other is stationery packaging. Garbage thrown carelessly can make the class uncomfortable.

 

Description 2:

The plastic is damaged so it can only be used once. When the plastic food wrap is held, it feels slippery due to the oil from the food. Because the rubbish is under the table so it is very easy for students to step on it. It is also felt dirty from bring stepped on and exposed to dust.

 

Deskription 3:

Plastic stationary wrap does not cause odors. But plastic food wrap causes a smell, because oil residue is still attached to the plastic wrap. The smell of plastic food packaging disturbs nearby students. The students blamed each other about who threw the plastic waste carelessly.

 

Conclusion:

Most of the plastic waste used every day is usually used for packaging. Plastic waste is a serious environmental problem and has a negative impact on environmental cleanliness. Therefore, serious and sustainable efforts are needed to reduce, recycle and dispose of plastic waste properly so that the environment can remain clean and healthy.
